Chocolate and Cranberry Brownies

Ingredients

3 medium eggs

200g soft brown sugar

150g self-raising flour

50g cocoa

100ml Mr Hugh's hazelnut infused rapeseed oil

50g dried cranberries

25g milk chocolate chips (optional)

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
  2. Base line a 22cm square tin.
  3. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until pale and creamy.
  4. Sieve the flour and cocoa together and gently whisk into the eggs, then whisk in the Mr Hugh's.
  5. Pour into the prepared tin, scatter over the cranberries and chocolate chips if using
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly before turning out of the tin.
  8. Cut into 12 pieces.
