Country Chicken and Mushrooms

Serves 4 People

25g Mr Hugh's Garlic Oil plus a drizzle for frying chicken (Buy Now)

400g chicken breast

1 tbsp plain flour

400g button mushrooms

1/4 pint fresh milk (add extra if the sauce thickens too much) 2tsp wholegrain mustard

4 tsp chopped fresh tarragon or 1tsp dried tarragon

3 tbsp Creme Fraiche


Begin by adding the brown rice to a saucepan to boil. Now cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry in Mr Hugh's Garlic Infused oil. Once cooked through, put the chicken to one side.

Add 25g Mr Hugh's Garlic Oil and fry mushrooms for approximately 2 minutes. Once done, stir in the flour and milk, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.

Now stir in the chicken, mustard, tarragon and Creme Fraiche and leave until the brown rice is ready.

Now serve and garnish with fresh tarragon. Enjoy!
