Fennel & Feta Linguine

Serves 2

200g linguine
1 fennel bulb
2 tbsp Mr Hugh’s lemon infused rapeseed oil
15 basil leaves
100g feta cheese


Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling, salted water, according to packet instructions.
Slice the fennel and fry in the Mr Hugh’s Lemon Infused oil until soft.
Tear the basil over the fennel and crumble in the feta.
When the pasta is cooked, drain and combine with the fennel and feta.

Drizzle with Mr Hugh’s lemon infused rapeseed oil to serve
