3 tbsps Mr Hugh’s Garlic infused rapeseed oil
2 tsp chilli flakes or 1 fresh red chilli finely chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt and cracked black pepper
750g king prawns, peeled,
Lime wedges, to serve
Coarse salt to season
Mix the Mr Hugh’s Garlic infused rapeseed oil with the chilli, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the prawns and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
During this time soak your skewers in water.
Heat the grill or barbecue to a high temperature. Remove prawns from marinade and thread onto pre-soaked skewers
Grill prawn skewers for 2 minutes each side or until prawns are cooked through and golden. Serve with lime wedges and aioli, if desired.
