Paneer Tikka

Serves 2-4

Mr Hugh’s Garlic and Ginger Oil 3 Table Spoons
200g of Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon of Paprika
1 tablespoon of Garam Masala
1 tablespoon of Cumin
1 tablespoon of ground coriander
2 tablespoons of lemon/lime juice
2 crushed garlic cloves
500g of paneer in large cubes


Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until combined, then add the paneer and refrigerate for at least four hours, (preferably over night).

When ready to eat, get a griddle or frying pan very hot, add in a tablespoon of Mr Hugh’s Garlic and Ginger oil and fry the paneer for 2 minutes per side (if using another protein cook according to packet instructions). 

* Paneer can be switched for Chicken, Lamb or Prawns if desired.
