Summer Thai Turkey Burgers

  • 500g Turkey Mince
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions – Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Thai Curry Paste (Green or Red, depending on how spicy you would like them)
  • 50ml Garlic or Chilli Mr Hughs Rapeseed Oil (Buy Now)
  • Bread Rolls to serve


Coriander Mayo:

  • 250ml Mayonnaise
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Coriander Leaves – Finely  Chopped
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Mr Hughs Garlic Rapeseed Oil (Buy Now)
  1. Combine all of the coriander mayonnaise ingredients and set aside.
  2. Place all of the burger ingredients (except for the bread rolls) into a mixing bowl and mix well with your hands until well combined.
  3. Split the mixture into 4 equal amounts and lightly roll in flour until you have a nice burger shape, flatten slightly.
  4. Fry the burgers on a medium heat for 10 – 15 minutes, turning occasionally, or grill on a medium heat for 10 – 15 minutes. Check they are cooked thoroughly before serving.
  5. Place the burger in a bread roll and top with the coriander mayo and some salad leaves if desired.
