Breakfast Smoothie

Why not try something new!

Serves 1

100ml almond milk
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 cup frozen fruit medley of your choice (recommend: strawberry, mango and pineapple)
1 tbsp Mr Hugh’s rapeseed oil (for something sweeter try the Lemon or Hazelnut infused oil)
1-2 tsp chia seeds (and/ or flaxseed)
1 tsp freshly chopped ginger


Start your day right and enrich your breakfast
smoothie with essential antioxidants,
vitamins and fatty-acids by adding a little
Mr Hugh’s.

Combine the almond milk, banana, frozen fruit, Mr Hugh’s rapeseed oil, chia seeds, and powdered ginger in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
